Monthly credits

Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation that renews at the start of every billing cycle. Credits are consumed based on agent execution time and task complexity.

Rollover caps

Unused credits roll over month-to-month. Individual accounts are capped at $80. Team accounts are capped at $50 per team (not per member).

Manual top-ups

Need more credits mid-cycle? Initiate a manual top-up at any time from your billing dashboard. Top-up credits are available immediately.

Enterprise custom

Enterprise plans include custom credit allocations, volume discounts, and flexible billing arrangements including invoiced NET-30 terms.

Each plan includes a set amount of credits that reset monthly. Credits are consumed based on agent execution time and complexity. Unused credits roll over month-to-month, capped at $80 for individual accounts and $50 per team. You can initiate a manual top-up at any time if you need additional credits beyond your plan allocation.

Rolled-over credits are capped at $80 for individual accounts and $50 for teams. Once you hit the cap, any further unused credits will not roll over until you've used credits below the cap threshold. Your plan's base credits still renew each billing cycle regardless of the rollover cap. You can always initiate a manual top-up for immediate additional credits.

Yes, you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your existing credits and rolled-over balance are preserved when changing plans.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. Enterprise customers can arrange invoiced billing with NET-30 terms. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Starter and Pro plans include bonus credits in your first month ($20 and $50 respectively) so you can explore the platform's full capabilities. No credit card is required to sign up and browse the platform.

Team billing is per-workspace, not per-member. The Pro plan includes up to 5 team members in a single workspace. Additional members can be added for a per-seat fee. Enterprise plans support unlimited team members with volume discounts.

Standard email support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 10 PM GMT. Priority support (Pro plan) includes faster response times within the same hours.
