Why now
The wave of agent products that worked in demos is past. The wave that holds up in production is here, and most of the companies trying to build it are still on the prompt-engineering side of the problem. We're building the runtime, the observability, and the billing layer underneath. If that sounds like the right level for you, we'd like to talk.
Engineering
Senior Backend Engineer (Rust)
Own pieces of our agent runtime — the scheduler, the trace store, the credit-metering ledger. Rust + Tokio. Distributed-systems instincts are required; agent experience is a plus, not a prereq.
Frontend Engineer (Product)
Ship the workflow editor, the chat surface, and the dashboard. Next.js + TypeScript. We care a lot about how the product feels — pixel-level discipline expected.
Infrastructure Engineer
Production reliability for a service that runs hundreds of thousands of agent executions a day. K8s, Postgres, observability. You'll set the latency / SLO targets and own delivering on them.
