What are Kaer Agents?
Kaer Agents are AI agents that do the work in every tool you log into: each one has a role, instructions, skills and the tools it may use, works on its own or hands parts of a job to other agents, and stops for your approval before it emails, posts or pays. Where a tool has a connector, an agent uses it. Where a site has no integration, such as a supplier portal, a booking system or an old back-office tool, it signs in and uses the web app in its own sandboxed browser, the way a person would.
What can a Kaer agent do?
Take a job from start to finish: work your inbox, keep the diary, run tasks and workflows by hand, on a schedule or from a trigger, operate the software you already use and build the missing tool, then report back. An agent can delegate part of a job to another agent and return one combined result, and it asks you on a card when something is unclear.
Where can I use Kaer Agents?
On the web at app.kaer.ai, from your own code through the Kaer API, and from Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor or Codex through Kaer's MCP server, so you can hand an agent a job from your IDE. Kaer Work, the desktop app at work.kaer.ai, runs them too. The Kaer app for iPhone and Android, for following and approving their work from your phone, is coming soon (waitlist at mobile.kaer.ai).
How is Kaer different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. Kaer's agents take the job: they work your inbox, run workflows on a schedule, operate the software you already use and build the missing tool, then report back. Consequential steps wait for you, and spending stops at the limit you set.
How many agents do I get?
As many as your plan runs. Kaer Now is $5 for the first month, then $7.99/month, with a 7-day free trial for new accounts, 800 credits a month and one AI agent of your choice. Bigger plans run more at once. Each agent takes a role, such as working the inbox, keeping the diary, chasing jobs or running the weekly routine, and they all share one workspace.
What does a Kaer subscription include?
Kaer Agents on the web, Kaer Work (a separate desktop app for Mac, Windows and Linux at work.kaer.ai, which builds in a project folder like an IDE and handles everyday tasks), cloud computers that give each job its own browser and desktop, and leading open-source models, all on one plan. The Kaer mobile app for iPhone and Android is coming soon (waitlist at mobile.kaer.ai). Businesses on Enterprise can add zero data retention (ZDR).
