Both. The root operator plans, then spawns parallel branch agents for independent subtasks. The blob you see is the root — the cursors are the branches.

Every file Kaer touches is plain text in your repo. Open it in your editor, push a commit, and Kaer picks up where you left off without complaint.

Production secrets are env-scoped and only readable to the agent inside an authorised run. We never train on customer data and never persist it outside your region.

If they can describe what they want in writing, they can use the operator. Designers, PMs and ops folks ship to staging on the same day they sign up.

Your app runs in 12 edge regions you control. Operator inference runs on Kaer infrastructure in the region nearest your workspace. Both are configurable for enterprise.
