A team that does
the actual work.

Each assistant takes a role and is briefed like a new starter: what you sell, how you price it, which tools it may use and what waits for you. Then they pass the work between them, with the context attached.

One role each. Written in plain English.

No configuration screens. You write the brief the way you would for a person, give it the tools that job needs, and mark the steps that stop for you.

The brief

“Answer every new enquiry within the hour. Quote from the rate card, never below it. If they want to go ahead, offer two times from the diary.”

They pass the job on, not the problem.

One enquiry, four assistants, one approval. Each handover carries a short note, so nobody asks the customer the same question twice.

  • Your gates still hold at whichever assistant reaches them.
  • One record of who did what, assistant or person.

Change it once. Everyone knows.

Your prices, policies, suppliers and past jobs sit in one place every assistant reads from. The number the front desk quotes is the number accounts invoices.

AI assistants, answered.

What is an AI assistant for work with no API?
An AI assistant that does the work itself instead of only chatting about it. Where a service has an API and Kaer has a connector, it uses that. Where there is none, such as a supplier portal, a booking system or an old back-office tool, Kaer signs in and uses the web app in its own sandboxed browser, the way a person would, and stops for your approval before it emails, posts or pays.
How is Kaer different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. Kaer's assistants take the job: they work your inbox, run workflows on a schedule, operate the software you already use and build the missing tool, then report back. Consequential steps wait for you, and spending stops at the limit you set.
How many AI assistants do I get?
As many as your plan runs. Kaer Now is $5 for the first month, then $7.99/month, with a 7-day free trial for new accounts, 800 credits a month and one AI assistant of your choice. Bigger plans run more at once. Each assistant takes a role, such as working the inbox, keeping the diary, chasing jobs or running the weekly routine, and they all share one workspace.

Brief one today. Add the rest as you go.

Start with one mailbox and one job. Most people begin with the front desk.
