The bet
The first wave of agent products were demos: cherry-picked prompts, single-shot, no retry, no observability. The second wave will be infrastructure — agents that run for hours, retry on failure, escalate on uncertainty, and produce auditable work. That's what we're building.
Our customers run agents that draft compliance memos, monitor production systems, triage support queues, and move data between systems that would otherwise need human babysitting. The agents do the work; we make sure the work survives contact with reality.
How we work
Ship the boring parts
Most agent demos collapse on real workloads. We obsess over the unglamorous engineering — retries, timeouts, idempotency, audit logs — so the demo holds up in production.
Transparent by default
Every agent run is observable: the prompt, the trace, the tool calls, the cost. No black boxes. You can always answer 'why did it do that?' for any execution.
Open weights, open data
Where it makes sense, we run open-source models on our own infrastructure. Customer data is never used to train foundation models without opt-in consent.
Small team, real product
We're a small team of engineers and designers. We talk directly to users, ship daily, and don't hide behind layers of process.
