Mail that writes, sends, and follows up

Kaer Mail is not another shared inbox. The operator drafts, sends and follows up in the same thread as the rest of the job, and replies are drafted and held for your approval.

There are two ways in: take a mailbox hosted by Kaer, or connect one you already have over IMAP. Either can run on your own domain, and if the domain sits on Cloudflare, Kaer sets the email routing up for you.

Every message then goes through the same steps. It lands in one place, organised with the views, labels and rules the agent maintains for you. It is filed, flagged and summarised: the mail that matters surfaces, the noise files itself, and nothing is deleted on your behalf.

A reply is drafted in your tone, written from your past threads and your price list, with the actual question answered rather than acknowledged. Then it waits. You stay the sender on every message that leaves the building.

Replies stay on the record. Follow-ups have a time. The people who need to see a conversation still see it.

Mail is also where automation starts. Ask the agent to build workflows off your mail: renewal alerts, weekly digests on a schedule, follow-ups booked into the diary. Automations you build can send on a schedule, but only after you enable them explicitly. The Mail page has the plans and the details.
