Félix strikes first in Oslo

Félix opened the scoring in the 17th minute after a move involving Nuno Mendes and Pedro Neto. Goal.com's match report says Félix beat goalkeeper Ørjan Nyland with a disguised finish from inside the area. Félix controlled a cross from Neto and sent a low shot into the corner, his second goal in as many matches after the winner against Wales.

Norway dominated possession after the opener but wasted chances. Erling Haaland mishit a volley after a Martin Ødegaard pick-out, and Diogo Costa saved a downward header ten minutes before half-time. Portugal's Ruben Dias blocked a Haaland effort after Costa spilled the ball. Haaland finally converted six minutes into the second half, tapping in Patrick Berg's header across goal.

Haaland's goal was his 65th for Norway and his 22nd in the Nations League, extending his record as the competition's all-time leading scorer. Ramos told Sport TV the result mattered after a difficult away trip. "It's a great win on a difficult away trip. It's been a great start [for new boss Jorge Jesus]," he said, adding that the squad is taking the manager's ideas on board and wants to win every game.
