Why Computer has its own browser
A screenshot of Chrome is not a computer. Kaer runs a real one so the operator can use the software you already bought.
The work is in other people's products: the CRM, the ad account, the booking tool, the thing finance refuses to replace. An API covers some of that. Most of it is a screen.
Computer Mode is a dedicated browser the operator drives. It is isolated, recorded, and interruptible. It is not a video of a browser, and it is not a DOM scraper wearing a trench coat.
That is why launch week doubled Computer usage. The expensive part of the product is the part that actually sits in the tools.
