What we mean by delegate the outcome
You do not brief Kaer on clicks. You name the job. The operator works out the path, and shows you the path before it spends anything that counts.
Most tools still want a prompt that is secretly a procedure: open this, click that, paste the thing. That is not delegation. That is remote control with extra words.
An outcome is 'the unpaid invoices from March are chased by Friday, and nothing goes to a customer who already paid.' The operator is allowed to choose mail, Computer, a workflow, or a small tracker to get there.
If it cannot see a path, it says so. If the path needs you, it stops. That is the entire product idea, written as a sentence.
