Why we're building this
Kaer started with one person and one conviction: intelligence is generous now, but using it still isn't. Models can write the code — the hard part is everything around it: reading the repo, running the checks, shipping the result, and doing it again tomorrow.
So the goal is plain. Take that intelligence, generalise it, and make it something anyone can reach for and fold into their day — not a research demo, but a tool you actually use. No hoops to jump through, no story to inflate. Just an agent that does the work and shows you the diff.
We build in the open where we can, publish what we learn through Kaer Labs, and keep the human in charge — approvals before anything risky, reviewable diffs always, your data never trained on.
